This project involved the refurbishment and alteration of a former day centre into a dedicated dementia patient drop-in centre for the local Cardiff area, commissioned by Cardiff City Council. The form of contract used was JCT Intermediate with CD.
The project was completed on schedule and within budget, with zero incidents or accidents.
