A full scale refurbishment of a bungalow to meet compliance requirements in order to provide assisted living residence for young adults with disabilities. This project aimed to modernise the existing space, whilst ensuring that adaptations were in place to allow for a supported living setting to enable each individual to thrive. Key aspects of the renovations included an extension to expand the floor plan and allow for additional space, painting and decorating, various carpentry elements, flooring, and upgrading essential systems such as plumbing and electrics. The refurbishment also included enhancing energy efficiency through the placement of solar panels.
