Honeyfield engineers, Dave and Ali were captured earlier this month on Channel 5’s ‘Paddington 24/7’ programme, helping to prepare for Queen Elizabeth’s visit to Slough Station.

The Queen was at Slough Station to mark the 175th anniversary since the first Monarch travelled by train, Queen Victoria. Her Royal Highness embarked on a 19 minute journey to Paddington, resembling that taken by Queen Victoria all those years ago.

Honeyfield were in attendance to create an access route that allowed The Queen to board the train and were crucial to the smooth running of the special visit.
